Robot bugs on the rampage in Disneys new cartoon

In a collaboration with Toei of Japan Disney have created a new cartoon series called RoboDZ, with the first episode now available online.

The story centres around three brave gardening bots named Nejimaru, Sombrenosuke and Drum-Kan-B?, they are the trio set to save us from the evil onslaught of the Baddaru Corps from outer space.

Whilst fantasic animation for the robots is all important the scenes show the robots with ultra-realistic photo backgrounds and a great collection of wildly different characters to create an almost epic cast.

You can see the first installment of RoboDZ below and if you don’t speak Japanese you’ll just have to piece the story together as you go.
