If you’re too lazy to walk over to your PlayStation 3 game collection, open a box and insert the disc into your console help is at hand. A hacker, known as AOTC has discovered a way to play PS3 games without the disc.
ATOC claims to have tested the hack on Warhawk and COD 3 and have it work.
All you need is two hard drives of the same size, a copy of the game and the Winhex software to create a clone copy of the Hard drive you installed the game to.
After a bit of fiddling around it’s just a case of inserting your cloned Hard drive into your PS3, with your game fully installed on it ready for disc-less gaming.
But be careful as AOTC warns “We take no blame for any [insert naughty word] ups with your PS3.” Oh, and you definitely shouldn’t use it to copy your mates games either.
