Reports of Nokia’s new N-series mobile began fluttering about the web last night, but now it’s official. The Nokia N85 is here.
Why’s it so special? It’s packing all Nokia’s newest bells and whistles, that’s why! Inside is GPS (with three months free turn-by-turn voice guidance), an FM transmitter to send music to your car stereo, a 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics and an 8GB microSD card.
All in all, it’s the most capable N-series yet.
Nokia’s newest software lets the N85 geotag photos as soon as they’re taken, so you’ll be able to plot them on a map, or even navigate back to the place they were taken.
The N85 also packs a roomy 2.6 inch OLED screen, with capacity on the included 8GB microSD card to hold 30 hours of DVD-quality movies, video clips or TV shows.
Not enough? It also supports N-Gage, so you can play the latest titles in all their 3D-accellerated glory, and the whole shebang packs Wi-Fi and HSDPA-infused 3G too.
