Nike+ iPod is so old it’s laughable. What we’re really waiting for is Nike+ iPhone, letting us view our workout progress (or lack of it) on the big screen, and now the first spy shots have leaked, showing fancy graphics and GPS support too!
Showing up on French website iPhon.fr the screenshots show the new system counting calories and keeping track of workouts, as well as plotting them on Google Maps using GPS.
The system looks very slick, and offers instant access to personal goals and targets, something the previous system could only do through the web.
According to iPhon, the software is still unstable, and in need of last minute testing. However, it’s reportedly on track for release in mid-late September.
