You’d be forgiven for thinking iPod docks are all much the same. But not the Intempo RDi-W. It adds internet radio, USB and SD card playback as well as FM radio and iPod friendliness.
On sale next month, you’ll be able to bag it from Amazon for £170, getting 30 watt speakers and a built in subwoofer, as well as built-in Wi-Fi to suck up internet stations and podcasts.
There are 20 presets to store your favourite stations, and for those without Wi-Fi there’s a wired ethernet socket around the back too. That’s on top of FM radio and the RDi-W’s ability to stream music from a PC on the same network.
