There have been rumours that bonus content for GTA 4 will be delayed until 2009, but now Microsoft says that’s not the case, pledging to release the first downloadable content in the Autumn.
Announcing its games line-up for the coming months, Microsoft said this morning that: “In autumn there will be news from Liberty City; the first episodes of GTA IV will be available for download exclusively on Xbox Live.”
That’s great news for Xbox owners, who by now will have finished the latest GTA instalment.
PS3 owners will be understandably glum, however, since the bonus features won’t be headed their way any time soon. Then again, with Bioshock to preoccupy themselves, we’re sure there won’t be too many tears.
