The FCC has leaked details of Sony’s brand new PSP. Just a day after we outlined the reasons for wanting a new version, the PSP-3001 has been exposed!
Unfortunately, that’s where the excitement ends. The new model appears exactly the same as the current version.
Rumours had circulated that an update could bring internal memory, GPS, a built in microphone or even some surprised. But from these diagrams, it’s not to be.
It’s hard to see why Sony’s bothering with the new model. It’s possible it could be a little slimmer, but from the specs listed, there’ll be no new features. Colour us disappointed.
