Sports equipment rarely comes this high tech. We’re talking next-gen fabrics, futuristic design and the most advanced zips known to man. Yes, that’s right. Next-gen zips.
It’s all part of Helly Hansen’s new Odin range. Designed to cope with anything from rock climbing to sailing the high seas, it’s crafted from truly next-gen materials too.
Inside the £300 Odin PCM Soft Shell jacket, there’s special Schoeller PCM smart fabric that absorbs body heat during activities, then slowly releases it to regulate temperature over time.
Other jackets in the Odin range feature special zips to provide completely waterproof seals, even when bent or twisted. They’re so special, Helly Hansen has a one-year exclusivity to use them, and is even testing them for use in its next-gen dry suits.
Even the trousers in the Odin range come with flexible kevlar panels to protect while rock climbing.
Not enough? The whole range is modular, with press studs and clever design to let you piece together exactly the parts you need, for whatever activity you’re doing. That’s on top of the company’s standard waterproofing technology. When it comes to high tech outdoor clothing, there’s nothing like it.
