RIM’s really struggling to keep a lid on its unannounced mobiles. First there were spy shots aplenty of the BlackBerry Thunder, and now the BlackBerry Javelin is available for all to see.
As we’ve previously reported, it’s a slick little ‘Berry in the traditional sense, packing a QWERTY keyboard, and trackball.
Due to replace the cutesy BlackBerry Curve, RIM have added contoured sides, with a rubbery coating, as well as slick gloss buttons and micro USB for high speed data transfers.
Unfortunately, it’s still not 3G, but there is a 3.2 megapixel camera, GPS and Wi-Fi.
No, we know, it’s still not quite as flashy as the Thunder, but if you’re delaying the transition to touchscreen, this could be just the ‘Berry for you.
