Hackers working on the iPhone have hit headlines again this morning, moving swiftly to crack open Apple’s latest software update and let the touchscreen wonderphone work on any network, as well as run un-approved apps.
It’ll come as a huge relief to anyone still running old iPhone firmware on their jailbroken handset, as all of Apple’s bug fixes can now be installed without risk of being booted off the mobile network. But how long will it last? Word is, there’s another iPhone update right around the corner.
