Metal Gear Solid 4 alarm clock. Cute, or quackers?

If you’ve already seen our real life Metal Gear Solid gadgets feature, you’ll know we appreciate our MGS merchandise. Now we’ve a new piece to add to our growing collection, the GA-KO alarm clock from Konami, as featured in MGS4.

Those who’ve played the espionage title will know the significance of the clock, based on an egg timer seen in the games key sequences where Otacon’s assistant, Sunny is taught to cook eggs with the help of the cute accessory.

Just like in the game it’ll quack away when the alarm goes off, shaking its innocent looking face from side to side.

The adorable waker-upper is available to import and is limited to just 2,000 pieces. It’s currently sold out, but stockist, NCS will be getting some more in next week. Put us down for one!
