Intel may be getting all the headlines with its low cost, low power Atom chip, but Via reckons its Nano competitor is more than a match in the number crunching stakes. So much so, it’s put together the video equivalent of trash talk by pitting the two machines against each other on film.
The test is a simple one - out of a 1.3GHz Nano based laptop and 1.6GHz Atom toting machine, which offers the best 1080P video playback?
Throw in some provocative titles, over-egged quotes and a soundtrack even the in-house producers a Sky would be slightly embarrassed to use and you’ve got what Via is no doubt referring to internally as a SMACKDOWN! Enjoy:
