Sharp has unveiled the AN-PR1500H, the world’s first home cinema rack to incorporate an upscaling DVD player and speakers. The stand delivers 300W of sonic muscle via its 2.1-channel setup and spins CDs and DVDs, hooking up to your television via HDMI.
A USB port lets you ogle JPEG pictures and listen to MP3 and WMA music (and it’s compatible with iPods, according to Sharp), while there’s also an FM radio tuner and a pair of microphone inputs for karaoke.
