De’Longhi Rotofryer makes chips with half the oil

By revolving your food in a basket the Rotofryer F18316S is able to fry faster, more evenly and using much less oil. The messy process of deep frying is revolutionized by the ‘Easy Clean’ system too.

The Italian small appliance specialist takes pride in its design too and we think the Rotofryer looks pretty cool too, with its visor-like viewing window and heavy metal construction. The clever bit is the revolving basket though, which holds 1.2kg of food and halves the amount of oil needed, while the integrated drain hose makes is what makes it so easy to change the oil.
