Hot on the heels of the news that Asus has been sharpening its Eee PC shaped tools, specs of the upcoming Ultimate and Pro Fashion flavours have come to light.
Both models will be aimed at the more well heeled, so you can forget about landing yourself a budget bargain. Unlike the super cheap previous designs, the Ultimate and Pro Fashion will hit in the $700-900 price range.
In return for the extra dough, you’ll get more storage - either 120GB hard drive or 32GB SSD - extra processing clout from a dual core Atom chip, a 10.1in widescreen LED backlit screen and 4-5 hours battery life. The new models are expected to tip up sometime in September.
