Lunchtime lowdownIt’s lunchtime, so grab a sandwich and settle down for a recap of everything gadget-shaped you’ve missed this morning.

Elsewhere, there’s gossip overload in the Mac world, as rumours persist that we’ll see new MacBooks before too long.

The latest word is that they’ll feature an all-in-one aluminium shell, free from seams and looking as luscious as the MacBook Air. There’ll also be unique chipsets inside, to make them untouchable by rival laptop makers.

Better yet, they’ll feature glass touchpads. Too good to be true, or the next step in Apple’s design evolution?
