Filming in HD isn’t usually a cheap business. Footage takes up tons of memory, and then there’s the expense of the cameras themselves. Until now. Toshiba just wowed us with their new Camileo H10. It’s feature-packed, but won’t wilt your wallet.
Inside is a 720p sensor and 5x optical zoom. It’ll accept SDHC cards, and fits around 30 minutes of HD footage onto each gigabyte you give it.
Best of all, however, is the price. The Camileo H10 is yours for just £180, it’s enough to floor the competition, and that’s before you factor in the 2.7-inch screen, night mode for shooting in low light, and its ability to capture 10 megapixel stills.
