Nintendo might be flying high in console charts all over the world but the company is facing a ban after breaching a patent with its controllers.
Nintendo earlier failed to overturn a $21 million patent-infringement verdict brought about by Anascape Ltd, the company that holds the patent for remotes controlling six types of motion simultaneously.
Motion sensor fans fear not, the ban only applies to the Wii’s Classic Controller, along with the WaveBird and GameCube pads.
However, the ban is being delayed while Nintendo appeals against the verdict, according to Bloomberg.
