Nokia Tube stars in Batman: Dark Knight

If you ask Nokia, they’ll say the Tube isn’t even official yet. But Batman’s got one…

Or rather, his gadget-toting hardware pusher Lucius Fox has. The touchscreen Tube appears in Batman: Dark Knight, fondled in full view of the public after actor Morgan Freeman hands it over during a scene in Hong Kong. So what does its outing tell us?

For one, it’s slimmer than we thought. We’ve seen spy shots of it, but until now hadn’t seen it in anyone’s hands.

We also expect it’ll be dubbed the XpressMedia 5800 when it finally lands later this year.
