Zanussi’s latest eco washer, the ZWF16581w, promises to save time, energy, water and money on every wash thanks to its clever Jetsystem+ technology that measures your manky clothes to determine just how dirty they are and how much detergent to use.
The cavernous 7kg drum can take big-ticket items like a double duvet with no problems and it’ll adjust the amount of water and detergent it needs to do it automatically using the Jetstream+ system. Similarly, if you just put in a pair of sweaty trainers, this machine knows to reduce the amount of water and detergent. This sparing use of resources is what saves you money and earns the ZWF16581W an A+AA energy rating. There are 21 different programmes in all, so you should be able to find one for every load. Although leather gimp suits are best dry-cleaned apparently.
