The PS3’s about to be challenged to a karaoke smackdown! Microsoft just confirmed its own sing-along title for the Xbox 360, along with wireless light-up mics that also pack motion controls.
Dubbed Lips, the new game will come with two wireless mics in the box, and light up when gamers hit the right notes.
The mics also pack movement sensors, so you can score extra points by tapping them in time with the music.
Not enough for you? Then how about plugging in your own MP3 player and singing along to tracks you’ve got stored? The game is smart enough to judge your pitch and tone, awarding points even if it doesn’t really know the words.
