It’s the first deep fryer of its kind to turn out fried food using such little fat, so it’s also the healthiest and you can use any kind of oil including olive and rapeseed. The chips are moved around the non-stick bowl continuously to ensure an even golden crispness and after they’re done, the removable bowl can go in the dishwasher. The top half of the fryer is transparent, so you can watch transfixed as your chips cook.
