Sony says we’ll have new software for the PSP in the very near future, bringing new features for music playback, as well as some surprises!
According to the company’s blog, the version 4.05 of the PSP’s firmware will bring “new visualizers for music playback, among other features.”
There’s no word on what those “other” features might be, but with PSP fans on Sony’s message boards are already calling for in-game access to the cross media bar (XMB) menus, just like the PS3, as well as updated flash plug-ins for the console’s web browser, and an improved internet radio.
