DHL are useless, I've sent 5 emails to them asking where the hell it is, and haven't had a single reply. Not even an acknowledgment that I exist. O2 have been a bit better but its still annoying the their "next day" delivery really means "wait 5 until we decide that some redneck self-employed delivery driver has actually stolen your iPhone, then we might think about sending you another one". Not to mention the fact that my contract began the day after i ordered it so I'm also paying for the "missing" phone. Not good O2. Seriously not good DHL.
