Ironing is an inevitable and unfortunate consequence of civilized society, but at least Electrolux is doing something to relieve the misery with the launch of a tumble drier that can also remove creases.
We’ve already seen the LG Steam Washing Machine that can steam out wrinkles from your shirt, but the Iron Aid EDI96150 goes a step further to both steam away wrinkles and dry your clothes. It uses a condenser drier to efficiently dry your sopping socks out and it has an exceptionally gentle cycle for your silk handkerchiefs. It’s not completely effective at ironing though and Electrolux still recons you’ll have to do about half of the load the old fashioned way. We thought it was too good to be true.
