Robotic seatA stunningly simple idea executed to perfection by Dutch designer Jelte van Geest, chairs that follow you around so you can take a seat in an instant.

One swipe and the seat trundles behind you whilst you seek out your read at the Openbare Bibliotheek Endhoven library.

Whilst we fully expect alarmists to start ranting about rising obesity rates and that devices such as this are a sad indictment of our slothful society we say  “Do Ryanair fly to Endhoven”.

Imagine an office with this technology, no more standing around the water cooler or leaning against the wall when nipping out for a ciggie break, this is the future.
