Thanks to the FCC approving the Creative Zen X-Fi for use in the States, we now know a little more about the company’s newest player!
From the FCC’s filing, we can tell there’ll be at least one model of the player with 32GB flash memory, that’s on top of the SD card slot that’ll let owners upgrade its storage on the go.
Apparently, it’ll also use Wi-Fi on plain old b/g settings, rubbishing any hopes of an N-standard chip for super-fast media streaming over the web.
However, we do know the new player will come packing chat applications to send instant messages to mates whenever you’re in a Wi-Fi hotspot. Sound good? See more here.
