Worried about your iPhone’s data being peeped by prying eyes? Fear not - Apple’s next software update will bring secure wiping to the handset, making sure when you delete something, it’s gone forever.
The new software, dubbed iPhone 2.0, should be available on the same day as the new 3G handset, bringing an option to securely wipe an Apple Phone to all 2G versions too.
It’s good news for paranoid iPhone owners, and should make the handsets more attractive to businesses with sensitive data too.
