Metal Gear Solid 4 is on a roll, sprinting past the million copy milestone in its first week in Europe.
It means at least one million gamers have settled down to steer Snake through his latest adventure this week in Europe alone, maybe even more.
“The Metal Gear Solid series has again proved its huge potential, and we are delighted with the fantastic response the game has enjoyed at retail.” Said an overexcited Konami rep.
Even the 25,000 special limited edition copies were “snapped up almost immediately” according to Konami. This came packed with a ‘Making Of’ Blu-Ray, soundtrack CD and ‘Old Snake’ mannequin.
We already told you how MGS4 made Sony top dogs in Japan. Looks like they’ll be conquering Europe anytime soon.
