Metal Gear Solid fans will be delighted to know the first batch of downloadable content can now be zapped straight to PS3′s today, coming in the form of an MGS database with all sorts of cool trivia fr fans to sink their teeth into.
So what do you get? Sony explains: “The MGS4 Database is a free, downloadable interactive application that contains the official knowledge base of everything that is Metal Gear, reaching all the way back to the very beginning of the franchise.”
It’ll contain interesting tidbits of info such as back-stories for characters, profiles and other details for hardcore fans to delve into, or help them understand the sometimes complex world of MGS.
It may not contain new levels, scenarios, bosses or guns, but as the first downloadable content it’ll do.
