Nokia’s iPhone-bothering Tube phone has us hot and bothered like very few touchscreen mobiles, and now we’ve got a fresh look at it, thanks to a leaked German print ad.
Uncovered by the mobile mavens at Boy Genius Report, its origin is, in their own words, “a mystery,” although it appears to be advertising a German mobile phone store.
It looks legitimate enough, since it features the just-announced Nokia E71, but where we’ve heard the Tube referred to as the Nokia 5800 XpressMedia, this ad has it listed as an XpressMusic phone.
Last minute change, or typo? We’re not sure. What the new image does suggest is Nokia’s edging closer to an announcement of a launch date. Stay tuned for more as soon as we get it.
