Want to get all Minority Report with your laptop? Then you need one of Toshiba’s new Qosmio laptops, packing high-resolution webcams and beefy Cell processors to turn a wave of your hand into on-screen actions.
It’s so clever, it’s only in three laptops at present. The Qosmio F50, G50 and X300. They all pack Toshiba’s new Quad Core Processors, built from the PS3’s Cell technology, letting them turn simple gestures into controls for movie playback.
Unfortunately, you can’t customise gestures. No giving Jamie Oliver the finger to flick channels then. Maybe in the next version.
