Sony Ericsson’s latest cameraphone hasn’t been given an official launch yet, but jaw-dropping specs and photos have cropped up online, getting phone fanciers in a frenzy.
The new Cyber-shot C905 looks likely to launch later this month, packing a whopping 8.1 megapixel camera with xenon flash for photos and LED lighting for video.
Inside there’s also GPS and TV output. As you’d expect, it’s 3G too.
Will this be the first 8 megapixel cameraphone? If reports are correct, it’ll land in the 4th quarter of the year, so maybe, just maybe. Stay tuned.
