Keep watching that clock, Apple fans. It’s now less than four hours until Steve Jobs takes to the stage to unveil the next-generation iPhone. And the latest rumour? There’ll be a second, smaller, iPhone nano too.
According to iLounge, it’s seen designs from a Taiwanese company for two new sizes of iPhone: one sporting a 3.2 inch screen, and another with a 2.8 inch display.
If true, the creation of an iPhone nano would fit with Apple’s previous practices, shrinking popular products to create more desirable versions.
It’s a ploy that’s worked well in the case of the Mac mini, MacBook Air and iPod nano, so why not the iPhone?
Will Steve Jobs have two iPhones to show off at 6pm tonight? Check back once WWDC has kicked off and we’ll let you know!
