Broadband gets cheaper!Still using crumbly old dial-up? Got broadband but can’t take it outdoors? Now you’ve never had a better reason to get a mobile dongle. Vodafone just reduced the price of its Mobile Broadband USB modems.

Starting this month the USB modems will be reduced form £99 to just £49 on its 30-day price plans.

It’s all part of Voda’s master plan to make broadband accessible to those missing out.

At the moment, contracts start at £15 a month for 3GB on a 12-24 month period going up to £25 a month for 5GB on a 12-24 month deal.

Not a fan of Vodafone? Don’t worry. 3 has also slashed prices, with its USB modems also costing £49.99, that’s 50 quid less than they used to go for. Nice.

Out now | £49
