Morphy has refined the whole baking process in the Accents breadmaker, so now it’s just a simple case of tossing in some flour, butter, water and a little yeast to produce a 1.5 or 2lb loaf. The preset buttons on the lid make the process as easy as possible and there’s a window to check that everything is rising OK. You can set the timer to bake overnight if you want fresh bread for breckie and an alarm lets you know when it’s done.
It even comes with its own recipe book of over 30 creations from a basic white loaf to rice pudding.
