If Dunhill’s new stereo is a bit too butch for you, how about Dualit’s chrome-plated kitchen radio? It might look just like their ultra-kitsch toasters, but comes packing DAB radio.
Inside there’s a single welterweight 6 watt speaker, so if you’re hoping for stereo sound, look elsewhere.
Still, on the outside it’s simple enough to use: there’re ten presets for your favourite stations, and a two-line display to show which station you’re listening to.
There’s an FM tuner too, and it even features a handy kitchen timer built in.
