AT&T is listing a phone dubbed the “iPhone black” on its website. Unfortunate error, or a taste of things to come?
The listing shows up in addition to the iPhone we all know and love, so if it is a mistake, it’s a pretty big one.
Add it to the existing buzz of iPhone speculation (which includes claims that the new handset will come in a choice of colours, including black) and you’ve got a recipe for some pretty excited Apple fans.
Specs for the new handset aren’t listed alongside it on AT&T’s account management site, so we can only ponder over its existence.
Still, if AT&T’s fussing with its iPhone listings at all it must mean something’s about to change. Still expecting a new Apple phone next month? We are indeed.
