Eco friendly cars are all the rage, and now VW’s thrown its green hat into the ring with news that its 1L concept car will finally go into production. Expected on the road by 2010, the two seater positions the driver in front of the passenger, and sits incredibly close to the ground. However, it’s able to squeeze 200 miles out of a single gallon of petrol and can run at just under 75mph. Money in your pocket, and a smile on your face!
