The Gremlins return… in new BT ad

Ads for technology are usually our least favourite viewing material. But BT’s new campaign is a winner. It’s promoting their tech support services with the help of 80s movie monsters The Gremlins… oh, and Peter Jones.

Jones takes over the BT gig from celebrity chef and swearing enthusiast, Gordon Ramsay, but he’s thoroughly upstaged here: the real stars are The Gremlins themselves.

Don’t believe us? Check out the video below. The mischievous critters cause havoc, and they’re the real, animatronic, deal too. BT, you’ve just made us very happy nostalgics indeed.
