Sony’s let slip a special GTA IV bundle via a Swedish website. The special box packs in a PlayStation 3, a copy of Grand Theft Auto’s newest outing, and a single wireless controller (unfortunately, it doesn’t seem that’s a DualShock controller.)
Aside from the special artwork on the box, it doesn’t seem there’s much else inside. Not even a specially-painted shell for the console, unlike that Xbox we’ve seen.
So why is it special? The fact is, it isn’t. The Swedish price makes it the equivalent of £380. That’s £50 more than the £290 plus £40 it’d cost you to build a similar bundle by hand.
Add to that the fact the PS3 won’t be getting the exclusive downloadable content headed for the Xbox version of GTA IV, and we know which console we’ll be playing Rockstar’s newest shoot-em-up on.TBC | £380 Sony (via Engadget)
